I’m a PhD student in Oral Health Sciences looking for a student interested in helping create figures, including graphs, data tables, diagrams, charts, images, and drawings for scientific publications. Experience with graphic design and image editing software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is needed. Completion of courses DESIGN 466 Publication Design and DESIGN 478 Information Design would be helpful but is not required. Overall, I need someone that can help enhance and visually present complex scientific methods and data in a simple, clear, and visually appealing manner.
This is a volunteer position for spring, and possibly summer quarter. You will be included as an author on any publication(s).
