THREE DOLLAR BILL CINEMA FOSTERS DEEPER COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT BY SHOWCASING QUEER FILM PROGRAMMING, EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCES, AND SOCIAL DIALOGUE.

We provide access to films by, for, and about lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) people and their families, and a forum for LGBTQ+ filmmakers to share and discuss their work with audiences. We curate themed screenings throughout the year and produce programs in partnership with other arts, cultural, and service delivery organizations in the Greater Seattle area.

DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

We are seeking an energetic, dedicated, and self-starting Development Manager to oversee all aspects of Three Dollar Bill Cinema’s contributed revenue, including sponsorships, membership, and general fundraising.

Salary is $50-$70K (dependent on experience.) This role will begin as a 90-day contract-to-hire position. At the end of the 90-day probationary term, performance will be evaluated, and the goal is to convert the position to full-time status with benefits and bonus eligibility based on performance.

PROGRAMMING & ADMIN INTERN

This internship works with the Lead Programmer and Programs & Operations Manager in the implementation of the overall festival plan for Translations: Seattle Trans Film Festival happening May 4-7. This position provides hands-on experience, access to the inner workings of film festival programming and production, and mentorship by seasoned film festival professionals.

$750 honorarium for flexible hours worked February-May 10. Must be based in Seattle area.
