Seattle Restored – accepting applications

Seattle Restored is a community-driven initiative that activates vacant storefronts across Seattle with retail shops, pop-ups, art installations, and art residencies. The program aims to benefit neighborhoods, small businesses, artists, and property owners by creating vibrant streetscapes and supporting local entrepreneurs, particularly those from Black, Indigenous, and other communities of color.

Want to showcase your art in Downtown Seattle? Apply to receive a six-month art installation in a ground-floor window space.

Need an artist workspace? Apply to receive a shared, rent-free artist studio space for up to six months.

Want to test your business concept? Apply for our two-month pop-up program where you’ll be able to quickly set up your pop-up in a pre-furnished storefront.

Looking for a permanent space for your business? Apply to our long-term lease program to receive a 3+ year-long partially subsidized lease in a storefront.
