The focus in my group is on the application of X-ray crystallographic techniques to determine the three -dimensional structures of biologically interesting macromolecules. Database mining of the Protein Data Bank is something I’m also doing. Molecules currently of interest include FimH, streptavidin, ubuiquitin, and lysozyme.
