Xpression is an integrated pipeline for processing RNA-seq data generated from the Illumina platform. It provides a simple, all-in-one solution for common processing tasks, including programs for bar code separation, alignment, quantification, normalization, and visualization. Xpression is composed of separate, interchangeable modules and implemented with open technologies to provide a convenient way to customize its functionality for specific need. It can be operated through a graphical or command-line user interface. Availability and Implementation: The source code is implemented in Python and runs on Linux.
