Further information needed   Version 3 of the LEED program is presently in the works. There is talk that there will be changes to site design criteria. There needs to be follow-up as the LEED program is improved upon and further developed. Also, as more projects are built and completed, they can be better evaluated as to the effectiveness of LEED in creating more sustainable buildings and sites. There are also other programs and standards that encourage green design such as Built Green. It may be useful to look into these programs and compare them to the LEED program.
