Due to popular demand, we are offering exhibitors the option of sending representatives to the fourth quadrennial British-North American History of Science Meeting in St. Louis, Missouri 3-6 August. The St. Louis meeting will give you the opportunity to exhibit your titles and to meet with international members of the history of science community. Also, your representatives will be eligible for complimentary meeting registrations and special hotel discounts.

Several months ago we sent out reservation forms for a combined exhibit only. This choice is still open, as is the chance to advertise in the meeting program. Presses may also wish to send materials to be inserted into the delegate packets. We have online order forms for the book exhibit, for delegate-packet inserts, and for advertising. A 10% discount is available for those who choose all three options. Please print out the order form, fill it in, and send it to the History of Science Society.

The book exhibit for the St. Louis meeting will be located in the beautiful Hyatt Regency, Union Station in Foyer C, Garden Section. This foyer is adjacent both to the registration area for the meeting and to the meeting rooms. Setup will be 8/3 Thursday 2-6 p.m. Exhibit hours will be Friday and Saturday 8-5, with teardown Saturday evening at the close of the exhibit. Security will be provided Thursday and Friday nights, during off-hours. Please note that no meeting sessions are planned for Sunday 8/6.
