Ben Ochieng Odhiambo, BS,is an MPH student in the INTEGRATE/IARTP Program at the University of Washington (UW), funded by the NIH/Fogarty International Center. He started his professional career with the collaborative research team of Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH) and UW as a study nurse for the PrEP Implementation for Mothers in Antenatal Care (PrIMA) study, (Cohort Study). Currently Mr. Odhiambo is a study coordinator for PrEP in Pregnancy studies based in Western Kenya where he coordinates four implementation science and clinical trial studies in 25 public health facilities with >5000 participants. His research interests include maternal and child HIV and he is passionate about developing approaches to reduce HIV incidence among maternal populations and children. His primary mentors are Dr.  John Kinuthia (KNH), Dr. Jillian Pintye (UW), Dr. Grace John-Stewart (UW), and Dr. Anjuli Wagner (UW).
