Morgan’s work focuses on forming synthetic chromatin loops in mammalian cells for precise manipulation of gene expression. She is also interested in transferring CRISPR-based gene regulation tools to T cells for various immunoengineering applications. Morgan is a joint student with the Kueh Lab.
