Elsie is a second year graduate student in the MSIM (Master of Science in Information Management) program at the university of Washington, specializing in User Experience and Information Architecture. As a student of linguistics, Elsie found a passion for language and understanding the complex ways in which humans communicate with each other. This passion grew into a two year career where Elsie taught English in South Korea. At the writing center, Elsie continues to follow this passion by helping fellow students bring their ideas to life through writing. Outside of school, Elsie enjoys hanging out with her cat, reading fantasy and horror novels, and playing the sims four to act out the stories in her head.
