- [Pre-print, not peer reviewed] Single cell sorting of 4277 SARS-CoV-2 spike protein specific memory B cells from 14 COVID-19 survivors identified 220 neutralizing antibodies that expressed as IgG. Among these, 3 monoclonal antibodies were potent enough to neutralize the wild type and DG14G mutant viruses in vitro at a concentration of <10 ng/mL, indicating they may be good candidates for further development as therapeutic tools.
