HCASB Information Sessions

HCASB: Upcoming Info Sessions

Are you a pre-health student looking for some meaningful way to spend your spring break? Are you curious about issues of rural healthcare or looking to gain some shadowing experience?

Healthcare Alternative Spring Break (HCASB) is a student-led organization at the UW that offers shadowing opportunities in rural areas throughout Washington state, in pre-health fields such as medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, nursing, optometry, and physical therapy. Through our one-week immersion program, we seek to expose the next generation of healthcare professionals to the hardships and rewards of rural medicine.

Currently, the 2012-13 Participant Application is available (https://catalyst.uw.edu/webq/survey/hcasb/184838) or on our website, at www.hcasb.org. The deadline is Sunday, December 30th, at 11:59 p.m.
