Case #1 - A 17 year old with a bulge in his R groin

 
CLINICAL CASE:
A 17 year old active man is found to have a possible bulge in his right groin on routine physical examination and is referred to you to rule out an inguinal hernia. The young man reports that during weightlifting and football practice something will come out, but that it promptly goes away when he lies down.
