A 21 year old with acute RLQ pain

DISCUSSION QUESTIONS:
3.) What are expected physical findings in acute appendicitis?

Possible physical findings: fever, peritoneal signs and tenderness in the right lower quadrant, decreased bowel sounds, possible mass, right rectal tenderness. Rovsing's sign, psoas sign, and obturator sign may be positive.
