DISCUSSION QUESTIONS:
6.) How would you next evaluate this patient? What ankle/brachial indices and toe pressures do you expect in this patient?

The patient should be next evaluated with ankle/brachial index and toe systolic pressure measurements. The ankle/brachial index is expected to be less than 0.4 in this patient. The toe systolic pressure is expected to be a small percent of the brachial systolic pressure.
