Case #6 - A 75 year old with bilateral leg cramping

 
CLINICAL CASE:
A 75 year old white male presents to clinic with cramping in the calves for several years. This has gotten progressively worse over the last six months. The patient now complains of bilateral cramping in the calves after 100 feet of ambulation and pain in the right forefoot at night. Past medical history includes coronary artery disease with an MI in the distant past, diabetes, hypercholesterolemia, and hypertension. There is no past surgical history.
