Kathleen Wilcox, MBA, BSN, is the Executive Director of African Americans Reach and Teach Health Ministry.

Kathleen’s lifelong passion for advocacy, love of community and  interest in science have led her to careers that include; Medical-Surgical Intensive Care nursing, Clinical research management of a longitudinal study at The Hope Heart Institute, and managing the product safety profiles of drugs, biologics and devices for small biopharmaceutical companies including Immunex Corporation and PathoGenesis to mid-sized, multinational Chiron Corporation as Global Director of Drug Safety Surveillance and Epidemiology.

Kathleen holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from University of Washington’s Foster School of Business, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Seattle University, and a Bachelor of Arts with a focus in Clinical Psychology from University of Washington.

When she is not working, you can find Kathleen on Facetime trading riddles with her grandchildren or in her garden, tending her favorite plants, experimenting with new additions, and listening to music.
