Services are available to children statewide, with referrals being made by workers in any of Washington State’s DCYF offices. FCAP is funded by the Washington State DCYF and is administered by Harborview Abuse & Trauma Center (formerly HCSATS).
The Foster Care Assessment Program (FCAP) is dedicated to addressing the barriers to reunification or other forms of permanency and addressing the well-being of children and youth in Washington’s child welfare system.
