The International Clinical Research Center (ICRC) was established in September 2007 to provide the essential framework and coordination to streamline the implementation of multi-center international infectious disease prevention trials. The ICRC is part of the University of Washington, Department of Global Health.
The Mission of the ICRC is to improve global health through finding effective solutions for the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of HIV, tuberculosis, sexually-transmitted infections and other infectious diseases, and bridging the know-to do gap through implementation science.
