Join us at Shultzy’s on The Ave during our Memorial Day events, where we will celebrate our service and toast to our friends and family that are not able to be with us. The first round of drinks for each veteran and military-connected student is on our office, so make sure you get there to celebrate with us!

The event will be on May 22nd, 2026 (Friday), beginning at 4PM and concluding at 7PM. Although guests are allowed, we will only be able to cover the initial drinks and appetizers for the table for student veterans and military-connected students.

Sponsored by UW Army ROTC. Join UW Army ROTC and SVL for a memorial day 5K Ruck/Run! We will begin at the Medal of Honor Memorial, time is still being determined! Sign ups will be posted when available!

Join the UW Seattle ROTC for their Joint Service Review on May 20th, 2026, at 1500. There will be a reception in Kane Hall, following the conclusion of the event. No sign up is required.

Join SVL for a potluck! Food items can be brought into the office prior to 10AM on May 18th, and will be available until 3PM (1500) of that day. Sign up for Potluck items will be held in the SVL Offices, and we encourage folks to bring something important to their life! We have a large refrigerator, and the ability to reheat via panini press, water boiling, or microwave!

T-Mobile Park

Join us for some fun at T-Mobile Stadium! First come, first served. We have 15 tickets for student veterans to come watch a Mariners game with us at T-Mobile Park. It will be Military Appreciation night and if you get there early enough, you may get a military cap for free! Sign up below! At this time, +1s won’t be included, but if we end up with extra tickets we will re-evaluate closer to the game. Tickets will be handled virtually so we can all meet up at our seats inside the stadium!
