Gender Justice League is hiring a Trans Pride Seattle Event Coordinator. This position is part-time, remote until the week of Trans Pride Seattle (which is June 23rd, 2023) when it will require in-person work in Seattle. We are highly encouraging qualified candidates who are seeking a short-term, temporary, part-time, and highly flexible position supporting an amazing event and community!
Statement on Work Experience
Gender Justice League believes that organizing, event planning, and activist skills can come from a number of sources in a person’s life, not only traditional education or workplace environments. We treat documentable lived or volunteer experience on the same level as education or work experience. For this position, we are looking for 1-3 years of work, volunteer, education, or lived experience that is directly related to this position. The above qualifications are a general guideline. We encourage people with non-traditional work and life experiences to apply for consideration.
