F. Exporting data

Although the reconstructed volume is saved in the SLIMMER workspace, user can resave the reconstructed volume in a different format/location by selecting Reference Image-Save Image... in the menu bar. In order to save the image in GIPL format, add .gipl as the file extension, or add .nii for NIFTI format.
