About CHiLL Lab

CHiLL Lab Mission

The Computing for Healthy Living & Learning (CHiLL) Lab at the University of Washington consists of researchers interested in designing, developing, and evaluating applications of computing technology that aim to promote healthy lifestyles and education. We design and develop mobile, persuasive, and collaborative technologies with the goal of helping with record-keeping, review, and motivation to pursue health and educational goals of individuals, families, and teachers. The lab functions as a design and development environment, a place to run usability studies of our new technologies, and a student work space.
