XNA Game-Themed CS1 (XGC1) Release:

• Simple information for getting started with XNA and working on the XBOX. Here are a two very simple test cases for verifying your XNA installation is correct for the PC (download, unzip, compile and run):
  • Simple Point Test: you should see some white points around the perimeter of a circle dropping down in the application window.
  • Simple Texture Test: you should see a purple-ish rotating circle with a building-like image bouncing up and down in the application window.
