More billing plug-in issues

UPDATE 8:23 – billing functionality has been restored. Please note that the first card swipe from effected stations will be delayed as the release station re-connects to the print server.

Some Lab computers are reporting “Billing plug-in returned no results” and are unable to pay to print.

We’re looking into this now and believe it will be resolved shortly. We will update this post when we have confirmed working card swipes.

Billing plugin issue

UPDATE: 8:53 billing functionality has been restored to effected print stations. Have a nice day!

Some computer labs are encountering a “Billing Plugin returns no result” issue. Major libraries do not appear to be effected.

We’re looking into this issue currently and expect to resolve within the hour.

Scheduled Downtime

Update: 7 PM

All printing services should be restored. The original scheduled downtime at 7 PM has been canceled.

 

Update: 640 PM

These was an unexpected issue with this print server around 5:30 today.  We are investigating the issue and will role the maintenance into this downtime. We apologize for the inconvenience.

 

We will be bringing down a DawgPrints server for maintenance this Friday (10/3) night at 7 PM. The process will impact most of DawgPrints across campus. We expect the downtime to be roughly 30 minutes.
