There was a delay getting services back up and running. The new estimate for full server restoration is 1 PM.

 

Update: 10:26

We expect to have all services restored by noon today.

 

We have received reports of some print stations reporting billing plug-in errors. We are working with the vendor to resolve this issue.
Most of the major libraries across campus appear to be unaffected.

Scheduled Downtime

All DawgPrints release stations should now be functioning normally. If you have any issues please submit a ticket to uwcshelp@u.washington.edu.

 

 

At 4:45 tonight we will be bringing down the DawgPrints servers for maintenance.

The total estimated downtime will be 30 minutes.

While some services may intermittently respond during this window, we recommend not trying to print until after the maintenance is complete.

Restarting DawgPrints Services

DawgPrints has been notified of an issue effecting what appears to be all services relying on Husky Card for transactions.

We have also been notified that some locations have printing, while others do not.

In an attempt to get all locations back to a working state we are restarting the DawgPrints servers. They will be down briefly from about 7:40 to 7:50 and then we will begin calling locations to confirm that printing is online.

Most libraries should now be online. We are continuing to have issues with a few labs across campus.

 

We are aware of an issue with the Billing Plug-In affecting printers across campus. We are looking into it and hope to have it resolved soon.
