We have identified and addressed the primary issues impacting DawgPrints. We are now in the process of restoring service. Please note that even if a release station looks online it might not be fully functional yet.

We believe that all DawgPrints services should now be restored. If you have issues with a printer or release station please restarting it first. If that does not resolve the issue please submit a ticket with information including the location having the issue as well as the time the issue occurred. As usually, any and all error messages are helpful.

We are receiving information that DawgPrints is back down. We are looking into this new issue and will update when we know more.

We identified an additional issue impacting one of the DawgPrints servers. We have made changes to that server and the issue appears to be resolved. We apologize for the downtime.
