Graduates Honor Outstanding Teachers
The UW medical school graduating class of 2003 honored five teachers during the June Investiture of Doctoral Hoods and Hippocratic Oath Ceremony.
Four UW medical faculty members received Distinguished Teacher Awards:
Dr. Erika A. Goldstein, associate professor of medicine, Division of General Internal Medicine;
Dr. Terry A. Mengert, associate professor of medicine, Division of Emergency Medicine;
Dr. Michael J. Ryan, associate professor of medicine, Division of Nephrology; and
Dr. George Saari, clinical assistant professor of medicine and adjunct professor of medical sciences at Montana State University in Bozeman.
