MEETING SCHEDULE

LAST UPDATED: 6-8-2016

Weekly meeting schedule order:
Li -- Ognjen --Abha

It's probably better to start preparing one, or two presentations before your own. Due to scheduling, traveling and holidays, sometimes presentation days are skipped, or lab members opt to switch with each other. If you are going to switch with another lab member, out of courtesy and timeliness, make arrangements several weeks in advance and inform Li (qeasis@gmail.com) to change the schedule.

BASIC GUIDELINES:

- please keep your presentations to 1-1.5 hour, most of the time lab members prepare for an hour meeting, but with discussion...

- keep it simple and concise, lab meetings are informal and will be beneficial to you, the lab and the research

- try to get to the new stuff fast, a review of previous work and what you have presented before is always good, but try to get to the most recent research so we may all know what you're doing and also provide some input =)

- remember that the projector has a resolution of 800 x 600, so when you bring your laptop, remember if your images, or videos are too large (if not in full screen mode) you may have some issues with the display

Lab meetings are always held in the conference room N230 at noon on Fridays unless otherwise stated.
