Registration:

The number of registrants will be restricted to 50 to keep the group small enough to encourage informal discussions. Registrations will be confirmed in the order received, so it is suggested that you register promptly. The final deadline for receipt of the registration fee is April 25. The early date is required because of a stiff cancellation fee for unused block rooms. After that, registrations can only be honored on a space-available basis.

The registation form is available in two versions, a .pdf version and a .rtf version. The .pdf version requires Adobe Acrobat Reader.
