Personnel and Training Committee WebsiteThe Infant Toddler Early Intervention Program (ITEIP) directs the coordination of Washington's statewide system of early intervention services. ITEIP is located with the Division of Developmental Disabilities in the Department of Social and Health Services. The State Interagency Coordinating Council (SICC) is appointed by the Governor to advise and assist the ITEIP. Members include parents, early intervention providers, representatives from the various state departments, and representatives from a variety of other stakeholder groups. The Personnel and Training Committee is one of the committees of the SICC. Among its functions and responsibilities are to: provide recommendations regarding professional development, help ensure consistency in the philosophy of various training activities, and examine personnel needs.
