JVP

Increased JVP
Other common symptons on history include:
  • Dyspnea
  • Orthopnea
  • Weight gain
  • Edema
  • More frequent angina
Decreased JVP (flat neck-veins)
Sign of decreased intravascular volume:
  • Pursue questions about fluid loss and orthostatic symptoms such as dizziness, syncope.
