Chef Lophe's APPLE PASTA SALAD
Here's what we need:
- 1-1/2 cups pre-cooked Low Protein Rigatini
- 1 medium apple, diced (150 grams)
- 1/4 cup Miracle Whip
- 1/4 teaspoon horseradish
- 2 lettuce leaves
Here's what we do:
- Combine Low Protein Rigatini and diced apple.
- In separate bowl mix together Miracle Whip and horseradish.
- Blend with rigatini and apples.
- Refrigerate until ready to eat.
- Serve on top of lettuce leaves.
Recipe makes 2 servings.
