Chef Lophe's NOT-SO EVERYDAY WAFFLES
Here's what we need:
- 1 low protein waffle (9 mg phe)
- 1 tablespoon Nucoa margarine (free)
- 2 tablespoons boysenberry syrup (free) or
- 1/4 cup applesauce (free) & 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (free) or
- 1/4 cup Coolwhip Non-Dairy Topping (11 mg phe) & 1/4 cup frozen strawberries (11 mg phe) or
- 3 tablespoons apple butter (free) or
- 1 tablespoon Nucoa margarine (free) & 1 tablespoon honey (free)
Here's what we do:
- Pop waffle in the toaster.
- Prepare any of the above toppings.
- Pour or spread topping over waffle.
- Enjoy!
