Here's what we need:
- 1 slice Wel-Plan low protein bread
- 2 tablespoons of Ragu Quick Sauce
- 2 tablespoons of sliced mushrooms (13 gms)
- 1 tablespoon of sliced green onions (6 gms)
- 1 small chopped black olive
Here's what we do:
- Spread Ragu sauce over bread.
- Place mushrooms, onions, and olives on top of Ragu sauce.
- Broil in oven for 5 minutes, until warm.
