Abstract: This project will improve public safety for those visiting the Skidoo Mill. The preservation work will help mitigate current hazards by fixing or replacing compromised timbers and strengthening the mill in key areas to reduce the risk of structural collapse. The information produced and/or services identified or developed by this project will have tremendous research and interpretive value and some may be shared via social media on Death Valley’s website.
