Abstract: The results from the eDNA surveys will be used to aid in the drafting and implementation of a new Resource Management Plan for the Moses Lake Sand Dunes ORV Park. Northern Leopard Frogs are a State Endangered species and are at risk of adverse impacts from ORV use in the area. These eDNA studies, in addition to other surveys such as wetland delineations, will help managers plan for and strike a balance between public recreation use and wildlife conservation needs.
