USACE Funding Opportunity: Willamette Systems Alternatives Analysis
The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) seeks applications for: a cooperative agreement to support completing the final analysis of alternatives for an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Willamette System (WS), development of tools and analysis supporting implementation and adaptive management following a Record of Decision on continued operation of the WS.
Title: Willamette Systems Alternatives Analysis and Simulation Tool Development and Application to Inform Implementation and Adaptive Management Plans
Key Dates: Phase I announcement will be open to receive statements of interest continuously until 12 noon Central Time (CT), 15 May 2024, at which point all statements of interest must be received. If invited to Phase II, full proposal applications will be due at 12 noon Central Time (CT), 5 June 2024.
Estimated Award Ceiling: $175,000 with up to an additional $50,000 in Year 1
Estimated Total Program Funding: $1,125,000
