Please help us to spread the word to your students about the 15th Annual Undergraduate Research Symposium, which will be on Friday, May 18, 2012.
To present their work at this event, students must submit an application by Friday, February 24th, 2012.
The Symposium is a celebration of undergraduate accomplishments in research, scholarship, and creative expression in all academic disciplines. Students may present their research either in a poster session or an oral presentation session. We will also have a dedicated performance space in nearby Meany Hall for performing arts presentations. Last year, over 900 students participated in this exciting event.
You should receive a poster(s) via campus mail next week and we thank you in advance for posting these in your department. If you would like additional posters email us at: urp@uw.edu. We also invite you put a link to this year’s Symposium application on your own departmental website, as desired.
If you or your department’s faculty would like a URP staff member or student representative to briefly present about the symposium in your courses or to student groups, please email us at urp@uw.edu.
