Gap Medics Pre-Medical Placements in Thailand

From May through August of 2014, Gap Medics is facilitating educational projects for aspiring neurosurgeons, neurologists and psychiatrists in the bustling city of Chiang Mai, Thailand . These students will enjoy placements in the following partner hospitals : * Neurological Hospital: Visit with recovering stroke patients and those suffering from afflictions of the brain. * Suanprung Psychiatric Hospital: A firsthand look at a mental and behavioral healthcare facility in a developing country. * Nakornping Hospital: Observe all operations on the nervous system, including neurosurgery and cervical spine surgery.
