This screen displays a list of all students registered for a particular SLN. An SLN is a five digit code used to identify a course. The SLN generated is different each quarter for each course. This screen is used by departments to find out who is registered for a particular course and how many students are enrolled (the total enrollment is listed at the top of the screen).
ENTRY: Some courses require an entry code to indicate the instructor has given a student permission to add the course. Courses that are Independent Study (the student is working directly with a Professor and giving that Professor credit for their work) require a faculty code which is a particular code that is assigned to a particular professor. The entry or faculty code used is displayed in the "Entry" column.
INSTRUCTOR: If a faculty code is listed, the name of the instructor that corresponds with that code is displayed in the far right column. If an entry code is listed, the faculty name is not listed.
