This screen is used to add, delete, or change comments either before a section of courses or for a single course.
To Add, delete or change a comment before a section of courses: enter COLLEGE___, DEPARTMENT___, do not enter CURRIC:___ COURSE___SECTION:___:
Tab to ACT - enter "A" to add - type the comment on the first line under "COMMENT then tab to LINE NUMBER and enter 10 - on subsequent lines - under LINE NUMBER add a series of numbers by 10s. The fives in between will allow entry of other lines in the sequence without deleting or starting over. Enter "C" under ACT to change something in a line or lines. Enter "D" under ACT to delete a line or lines.
To Add, Change or Delete a comment regarding a course - fill in the College___, Department___, CURRIC ____, COURSE ____ SECTION ____. Then proceed as noted above to "Add" "Change" or Delete lines in the comment.
