SECTION = 1 or 2 letters.
SUMMER TERM: If course is not full term for Summer Quarter enter appropriate term (A or B).
STARTS: enter date only if course does not start/end on normal quarterly schedule.
END: = same as above.
PROGRAM = Institute code for special programs e.g. Extension.
EVENING = "Y" if course is taught after 3:30pm
SECTION CODE: determines section type

Limit = exact number of students in the course
