Melyssa Nagamine is currently an undergraduate at the University of Washington pursuing degrees in Civil Engineering and ACMS. After taking professor Alex Horner-Devine's CEE 342 (Fluid Mechanics), she developed a strong interest in the subject and soon thereafter became involved in the EFM research group. Her research involves lab experiments on the rotating table in the Harris Hydraulics lab that measure age variations in a simulated buoyant coastal plume.
