I want to get a good job, so I’m studying business. I have to take a lot of courses. Sometimes the content is really boring. I mean, how can a course in business be interesting? But I actually like most of the classes. I learn a lot from the interaction between the students and the teacher. A lot of the students already have jobs and the instructors have a lot of interest in their ideas and experiences. Some of the assignments are difficult—reading the textbook or handouts—but the time that I spend in class is usually interesting. The presentation is different in each class; sometimes instructors just talk, but most of the time instructors ask students for their ideas during the presentation of the content. Sometimes they bring in speakers or use media like movies or slides. We also sometimes do projects. One project was to design a new product. It took a lot of time, but it was fun to work on. It’s surprising, but I like studying business.
