Position Description
- Greet customers
- Skillfully answer questions about the company, artists, products and the broader Native experience.
- Maintain tidy and well-stocked inventory
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases
- Communicate with Eighth Generation team to ensure proper customer service
- Build productive, trusting relationships with customers
- Perform related duties as needed
Job Requirements
- Retail experience preferred
- POS (point of sale) system experience preferred
- Strong general awareness of the Native experience
- Ability to communicate effectively about Eighth Generation values and business practices
- Ability to pass a background check
- Non-Disclosure Agreement is required
