Members of the PEPFAR/DREAMS-funded implementation program, PrEP Implementation for Young Women and Adolescents (PrIYA), presented recent scientific findings at the HIV Prevention for HIV Conference (HIVR4P) held on October 21-25, 2018 in Madrid, Spain.  HIVR4P is the only global scientific conference dedicated exclusively on biomedical HIV prevention research.  The conference supports global cross-fertilization among research on HIV vaccines, microbicides, PrEP, treatment as prevention, and other biomedical prevention approaches.  Six abstracts containing novel data was accepted for poster and oral presentations:

In addition to presenting oral and poster abstracts, Julia Dettinger and Dr. Kenneth Mugwanya, participated as panelist at HIVR4P’s global press conference.  Watch the press conference here: bit.ly/2z2CpGs
