Cost: $45/members, $55/non-members. Register on website. Experience a vibrant hub of urban agriculture at the height of harvest season with UW Farm Manager Perry Acworth. She will guide us through this student-powered 1.5-acre production site, highlighting seasonal vegetables, fruits & flowers. Participants will take part in a flower harvesting & bouquet-making activity; the arrangements will be sold to support farm operations. We’ll also delve into the farm’s role as a living laboratory for student learning, internships &research on soil health, pollinators & sustainable agriculture.
