Free, no pre-registration required. On this guided walk, you'll be shown a variety of trees that grow wild in the Evergreen State. At each tree, participants will have the opportunity to use their senses to learn tricks for identifying these species in the wild & will learn a wide array of fun facts about why the trees of Washington grow in the places that they do. We will also dive into our own human connections to these trees and they ways in which they are expected to respond in a changing climate. Tour conducted by Theodore Hoss.
