What did you learn about dietary choices from using the footprint calculator? Now imagine that you could translate what you learned into an effective societal policy on food- what would it be? And how would this policy effect the need to alleviate world hunger?
925 million people on earth do not have enough to eat according to the FAO [Food and Agricultural Organization]. That's almost 1 in 7 inhabitants of our planet!

Should we grow more sustainable foods, even if it's more expensive?
Most sustainable foods such as organic foods are expensive and cost more than normal foods, such as fast food.
No because it's more expensive so why should we do it .
We should buy it since we can just plant it into our backyards, and regrow it. Meat is super expensive, but people still buy it and don't complain..? Organic food isn't anywhere near as expensive as meat, and it's also healthy for the earth, and you.
